Suspected human carcinogen producing leukemia and skin tumors. Razoxane (CAS No.21416-67-1) is moderately toxic by intraperitoneal route. Human effects: normocytic anemia and thrombocytopenia. Human mutation data reported. When heated to decomposition it emits toxic fumes of NO_x.
