Human systemic effects by intravenous route: nausea, vomiting and diarrhea, reduction in white cell count (luekopenia and agranulocytosis). An experimental teratogen. Other experimental reproductive effects. Human mutation data reported. A skin irritant. When heated to decomposition it emits toxic fumes of NOx.
