Safety

Poison by intravenous and intraperitoneal routes. Moderately toxic by ingestion. Human systemic effects: convulsions, distorted perceptions, hallucinations, toxic psychosis. When heated to decomposition it emits toxic fumes of NO_x and HCl. See also ESTERS.
