Safety

Human systemic effects by intradermal route: after topical application causes primary irritation, allergic dermatitis, and is corrosive. Prolonged inhalation of dust has caused granulomas, interstitial pneumonia. A powerful skin allergen. See also ZIRCONIUM COMPOUNDS.
