Safety

Moderately toxic by intraperitoneal, subcutaneous and intramuscular routes. An experimental teratogen. Experimental reproductive effects. Used as a non-hormonal post implantation antifertility agent. When heated to decomposition it emits toxic fumes of NO_x.
