Safety

Poison by intravenous route. Moderately toxic by subcutaneous and intraperitoneal routes. Mildly toxic by ingestion. Experimental reproductive effects. When heated to decomposition it emits toxic fumes of Br⁻, SO_x, NH₃, NO_x, and Na₂O.
