Our Invert sugar is a liquefied form of sugar constituting D (+) Glucose and D (-) fructose mixture. It is a golden yellow syrup of sucrose and reducing sugars. It is a nourishing sweetener. It is free from harmful chemicals like phosphoric acid, formic acid, sulphur dioxide, preservatives, flocculants, surfactants, bleaching agents or viscosity reducers. It is prepared by the hydrolysis of sucrose to glucose (dextrose) and fructose.
