Introduce: Wuhan Chemical Industry Institute Co., Ltd. was reformed in December 31st. 2003 from the multiple research institute鈥揥uhan Chemical Industry Institute which was founded in 1958 and belonged to Wuhan City. It is a high technology institute and has passed ISO9001.
Wuhan Chemical Industry Institute Co., Ltd. consists of three sections: R&D Dept. that covers 10,000 sq. meters of which 5,000 sq. meters are building area, Guannan Manufactory of High Technology Developing Area that covers 20,000 sq. meters of which 8,000 sq. meters are building area, and YingCheng Manufactory that covers 16,000 sq. meters of which 6,000 sq. meters are builing area. Besides, Wuhan Chemical Industry Institute Co., Ltd. has Document and Intelligence Center, Security Assessment Center, and Wuhan Quality Supervision and Examination Center of Chemical Products.
Since the establishment, Wuhan Chemical Industry Institute Co., Ltd. majored in the research, development and management of Silicon-Containing organic compound new material, Fluorine-Containing Organic Compound new material, and fine chemical products. There are altogether more than 50 achievements of scientific research that have been cited and rewarded by the country and local government. At present, we also undertake many high technology projects of the country to research and produce many new material of chemical industry.
The R&D Dept. has standardized laboratry and developed instruments. The laboratry is equiped many precision instruments such as Infrared Spectrometer, GC, HPLC, GC-MS etc.
Our technology of Fluorination Electrolysis is in leading position in China with the most massive installment capacity at home. There are more than ten Fluorine products of which products of Perfluorotrialkylamine, Perfluoroalkylsulforyl acid, Perfluoroalkylsulforyl Fluoride, and Perfluoroalkys acid have been exported to Japan, Europe, and United States etc. and have been extensively used in electronics and other Fluorine-Containing surface active agents, chemical industry and medicine.
Grignard Reaction is our technological superiority. Pruducts such as Ployethylsiloxane liquid, Ethyl D3, 3-Buten-1-O1, End blocked, and polyphenylene ether-poplyphenylene siloxane rubber etc. are in extensive appliance in the fields of aviation, space flight, naval vessels, chemical industry, medicine, and electronics etc.
