The headquarter of Cangzhou Xinchang Chemical Corporation is located in Cangzhou City of Hebei Province which has high reputation of martial art culture. It was founded originally in 1995 named Cangzhou Additives Factory of SINOPEC and reformed in 2004.

Xinchang has become the largest and a comprehensive petrochemical additives producer based in north part of China. The company has accomplished the strategic cooperation of product research, development and technique upgrading with many scientific research institutions and higher education institutions. Currently, the company possesses more than 30 types of products in 6 different series, including petroleum chemicals, refinery processes additives, coating products, water treatment agents, iron and steel auxiliaries and chemical cleaning agents. Xinchang Company also has four national invention patents, which are no-silicon efficient defoamer, chlorine transfer agent for crude oil, multipurpose improving agent for catalytic cracking unit, and improving agent for delayed coking unit.
