Profile: Synmax focuses on developing intermediates for the pharmaceutical industry and specialty chemicals for the electronics industry. Our products are 7-amino-deacetoxy-cephalosporanic-acid, 7-phenyl-acetamido-deacetoxy-cephalosporanic-acid, (L)-homophenylalanine, L-homophenylalanine ethyl ester HCl, (R)-(-)-hydroxy-4-phenylbutyric acid, (R)-(-)-2-hydroxy-4-phenylbutyric acid ethyl ester, hexamethyldisiloxane, boron hydride dimethylamine and 1-methoxy-2-propanol. Our 7-amino-deacetoxy-cephalosporanic-acid is used as an important building block for intermediate of antibiotics. Our L-homophenylalanine ethyl ester HCl is used as an important intermediate for many ACE-inhibitors. Our hexamethyldisiloxane is used as a protecting agent in fine chemical synthesis.
