       Our process facilities were custom designed for the extraction of multi-ton quantities of                   horseradish                   and the down-stream purification of the enzyme. Resulting from the introduction of innovative technology, we  have optimised the enzyme yield and virtually eliminated batch by batch yield fluctuations. 
       
           Improvedtechnology and in-process controls has resulted in our  manufacture of a peroxidase showing enhanced stability under all conditions tested. This is achieved without the addition of stabilisers.
       
            Our contracts for the growing of its horseradish requirements with a number of farming enterprises. Crops are regularly inspected and the enzyme content of the root is monitored during the growing cycle to provide guidance for harvesting of crops at the optimum stage for peroxidase production.
