Profile: Process Enterprises manufactures and exports various chemical products for industrial usage. We offer products, such as PAO-antioxidant for rubber, soya lecithin, soya flour, soya oil, chemicals for water treatment, fuel additives and soya products. We also manufacture customized products as per specifications. Process anti oxidant is a highly potent staining type antioxidant. It is widely used in rubber compounds. It is in paste form, easy to handle & disperses well, when used alone. It provides long term protection to rubber vulcanisates against oxidative ageing at ambient, as well as elevated temperatures. It does not contribute to flex fatigue resistance and hence, generally used in combination with anti ozonants/antidegradants. The anti-oxidants are used for rubber vulcanization to prevent it from precuring/pre-oxidation. Polyelectrolyte flocculants are polyacrylamide base water soluble polymers with low to high molecular weight. As the particle size increases, it facilitates separation of solid constituents from liquid by processes, such as sedimentation, floatation, filtration and centrifugation. Flocculants are separated significantly in solutions of widely varying pH chemical contents/temperature.
