Profile: C. G. Herbals is an herbal processing unit. Our products include cypriol, vetiver, patchouli, drill seed, ajowan, lemongrass, palmarosa, neem and blue chamomile oil, tuberose absolute, nagarmotha raw incense, dry lemongrass leaves & dill seed. Roots of nagarmotha are sun dried and pulverized. Then it is subjected to high pressure steam distillation where steam after extraction is condensed to get separated in hydrosol and oil. Agarmotha oil has great opportunities for oriental perfumery. In aromatherapy, nagarmotha oil could suppress inflammation within three hours of its administration, has relieving congestion virtues and finds applications at the time of diarrhoeas/digestive insufficiencies. It is widely used by ayurveda to treat many types of disturbances caused by vitiation of pitta. It is traditionally used to quench hard throat of summers, fevers and solar dermatitis. Patchouli oil is obtained from the leaves. The scent of patchouli is heavy and strong. Initially oil is taken out in hydro distillation mode to take out all low volatiles under low temperature and pressure. There after pressure and temperature is raised to take out all middle & high boilers. This whole oil give herbal character of low boilers with woody notes of middle, saffron and ambery notes of high boilers which makes oil very interesting for therapeutic purpose as well aesthetic senses.
