It can be used to treat high blood calcium-induced osteoporosis, cholesterol and blood lipoprotein. warfarin sodium is a vitamin K antagonist that belongs to the family of drugs called anticoagulants. It is used to decrease the clotting ability of the blood and help prevent harmful clots from being formed in the blood vessels.
